Louis Colosimo's thirty-five year career as a glass artist and educator has focused on developing his own and his students' self-expression and creativity.
A pioneer glass blower in the American Studio Movement, Louis' strong functional and teaching skills encompass glass blowing, ceramics, leaded and copper foil stained glass windows, fusing glass, painting, printmaking and metal casting.
He has earned the respect of his customers, colleagues, students and the art community for his service orientation and his expertise in consulting, strategic planning and "big picture" problem solving.

Barbara Mikula - Sous Gaffer
After a long journey through the food and beverage, financial and high tech industries, and frequent side trips to fiber arts, photography, design and horse training, she finally landed in Red Oak's hot shop as webmaster in January of 2008.
A little ballyhoo goes a long way.
Barbara's obsessive love of a systemic vs systematic approach has lead her further afield exploring the properties of material vs form inherent in glass.
